ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING SUMMER SIZZLER. (Please read this entire announcement to its end.)

After consultation and prayer, the CCYM Leadership Team has made the decision to cancel Summer Sizzler 2020 in order to not contribute to the spread of COVID-19.

Additionally, because we did not feel that we could present a similarly impactful ministry online in place of the transformative face-to-face gathering at Beersheba Springs, we will not be providing an online version. ALL registration fees will be refunded.

We are greatly disappointed that we needed to make this decision. Summer Sizzler is an important time to discuss God’s word with new friends, an important time to celebrate our high school graduates, and an important time to welcome our new youth members.

CCYM Elections: A team of CCYM members are currently working on a plan to select the new CCYM for 2020-2021. This information will come at a later time. We hope that you will encourage your middle and high schools students to consider joining the team. Please watch for a separate announcement.

CELEBRATING Graduates: While those in-person experiences will not happen this year, the CCYM still wants to celebrate the high school graduates.

From the CCYM Exec Team: Because we will not be able to hold our annual senior celebration at Summer Sizzler this year, we are going to put together a slideshow that showcases the 2020 high school graduates in our conference! This invitation is open to all new high school graduates from across the TNUMC regardless of their intent to attend Summer Sizzler 2020.
