We are seeking a motivated marketing expert and storyteller to assist a growing and innovative Marcom team. This is an ideal position for someone looking to grow their leadership skills and take their marketing and communications career to the next level. We are a remote workplace with shared space for occasional in person meetings, once Covid risk is reduced. In alignment with GBHEMs strategic plan, our Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in helping to design and execute key MARCOM strategies. They will manage and coordinate efforts on behalf of the MARCOM team with internal and external constituents. This role will develop, implement, and oversee product marketing, long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising strategies. They will manage and maintain social media presence for the agency across all digital channels and support and create content that addresses a wide range of marketing and communications needs. This role will also manage the relationship with our outsourced creative and marketing strategy team.

Essential Job Functions:
1 Build awareness of and preference for GBHEM and its current and emerging products, programs, services, and initiatives. Partnering in the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet constituent needs and maximize revenue. Manage or participate in cross-functional teams to promote GBHEMs messaging, products, and other work via multimedia, digital, advertising, social media and other marketing platforms and tools. 45%
2 Nurture existing and identify new networks of constituents in collaboration with Salesforce Administrator and outsourced MARCOM partner. Support the development of CRM processes to identify, communicate, track and measure engagement amongst constituents. 10%
3 Handle all incoming internal Communication requests and work with outsourced partner to coordinate creation of content, deliverables, deadlines, and budgets to ensure internal and external constituent needs are met. 15%
5 Content creation including communications and marketing collateral 10%
6 Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns 20%

Education: BS/MS degree in marketing, communications or related field or Associates degree plus 5 years marcom experience.

Other Specialized Knowledge:  Required proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Microsoft Suite. Experience working in advertising, for-profits, healthcare, finance, technology, or education. Organized, deadline-driven, superior internal and external constituent service and strong communication skills required. Ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously. Proven working experience in digital marketing. Demonstrable experience leading or managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

Experience:  Prefer 3-5+ years as a marketing specialist. Prefer experience using Salesforce (CRM) and Monday (project management) Experience in human centered design is a plus.
