FINANCIAL AID REQUEST PROCESS
When a request for financial aid is made, the individual requesting must submit a written request. This must be done by email.
Once the email request is received, reviewed and processed, the email will be printed and the financial aid amount will be written on the printed email.
A return email will be sent that indicates the amount of Financial Aid being granted.
Financial Aid can only be given to affect the registration rate of the event and cannot be applied to housing.

REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
– Applies only to registration fees, does not apply to specific products purchased in addition to items included in the registration fee.
A refund requested 22+ days prior to the event will be refunded less a 10% of total fees.
A refund requested 15-21 days prior to the event will be refunded less a 30% of total fees.
A refund requested 8-14 days prior to the event will be refunded less a 50% of total fees.
Refunds will not be granted within seven days of the event.
