Miriam’s Promise has created an informational video for churches to use in their virtual worship services. Miriam’s Promise, founded in 1985 in affiliation with the Tennessee Conference of the United Methodist Church, offers pregnancy counseling, parenting coaching, and adoption-related services. As part of the this affiliation, Miriam’s Promise receives funding from the Conference through the Connectional Ministries budget. This year, since they cannot visit churches in person due to COVID-19, they have developed an informational video to let conference members know a little bit more about Miriam’s Promise and where some of their apportionment money goes.
