Robert Craig, our Disaster Response Coordinator, is in communication with Nashville officials regarding the Christmas day downtown explosion. If our trained Emergency Response Team (ERT) members are needed, they will be directly contacted.

Others who may want to volunteer are advised to wait until the area is safe. Once that happens, our community partner, Hands On Nashville (HON), will post volunteer opportunities on their website and push them out on social media channels and in their newsletter. Currently, HON has many opportunities for you to volunteer with projects related to COVID relief and the Tornado Recovery Connection.

Volunteers are being sought for the following important opportunities:
Disaster Relief Projects
General Labor for Local Tornado Survivors
Meet With Local Tornado Survivors
