Is it Time for a Health & Wellbeing Tuneup? Steal Away Women’s Ministry is inviting 12 clergywomen into a journey of self-care and empowerment, to embrace Biblical concepts of holistic health and well-being. Clergy Women are invited to “steal away” from the normal demands of their hectic schedules into a transformative journey of sacred community and intentional discipleship to refresh their souls, renew their minds, and restore their bodies.

The program focuses on the five dimensions of health and wellness (spiritual, physical, emotional, social, and financial) that have been identified by Wespath as having the most significant impact on clergy health and wellness. Thanks to the Red River District Office and Wespath this program is at a significantly reduced rate.

This cohort begins with an opening retreat in October 2021, followed by monthly peer group gatherings approximately 2-hour gatherings. Upon selection of a health focus, each participant will work with either a health coach, personal trainer, nutritionist, spiritual director, or financial planner to develop an individualized care plan. The Saving Grace curriculum for financial literacy will also be offered. Please refer to the below-linked flyers for additional information.
