The Annual Conference Design Team believes that when you attend the annual conference this year you will experience true connection with others, participate in powerful collective worship, and leave inspired and with the tools you need to make disciples in YOUR community. The team will be communicating with clergy and lay members of annual conference on a regular basis as we get closer to the conference, so please make sure your district office has your email address! We hope this video message from Rev. Melinda Britt, Director of Connectional Ministries, will provide some helpful information as you begin to make plans to attend.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Standing Rules Input due April 1
  • Reports due April 10
  • Resolutions due April 10
  • NOTE: Resolutions will be printed and distributed on the floor of the Annual Conference. Printing of any resolutions received after the April 10 deadline is your responsibility. (Please bring 1,200 copies.)



Online registration will be available in late April. We ask that all clergy and lay members of annual conference use this online sign up to reserve (and pay) for onsite meals and to participate in the district gatherings. Meal costs are non-refundable, however, they are transferable via register@tnumc.org.  

Reports and resolutions will be available to view online May 1.

A detailed schedule and access to the new annual conference App will be available in May.
