Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church is announcing a new ministry of awarding scholarships for seminary students who are in a degree program and who intend to serve in parish ministry in the Tennessee Annual Conference.
The first of the Bob Sharp Memorial Scholarships will be awarded for this academic year.
In this first year of the scholarship the number of scholarships and the amount of each scholarship is yet to be decided, but they will be awarded based on financial need and the individual’s involvement in church and community ministries.
