We work with local church ministries in the Tennessee Conference in two ways:
First, it seeks to develop or support partnerships between different groups to enhance ministry in the local church and community. Partners can be from different UM churches, other denominations; they can be small or large, urban or rural.
Second, this group works to assist in the “support, nurture, and growth of small membership churches and their relationships to the conference, districts, and other local churches.”
