Recommendations:
- Each office should set up their own account to be billed directly. There is no cost to set up an account and the only requirement is a credit card number to have on file if for any reason the bill isn’t paid from the monthly invoice.
- The negotiated rate should be 3.9¢ a minute. Use the Nashville District or UMCom as a reference to get this rate. Do not agree to the 5.9¢ rate on the first 1999 minutes or whatever the current rate is on the website unless it is lower than 3.9¢.
