Effective ministry begins with relationships and healthy relationships require healthy boundaries. In an effort to pursue excellence in ministry and to be better prepared to make disciples for Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world, the TN Conference UMC will continue to offer healthy boundaries training on an annual basis to all new clergy in the conference and lay employees of the church. | |
