We work with local church ministries in the Tennessee Conference in two ways: > First, it seeks to develop or support partnerships between different groups to enhance ministry in the local church and community. Partners can be from different UM churches, other denominations; they can be small or large, urban or rural. > Second, this group works to assist in the "support, nurture, and growth of small membership churches and their relationships to the conference, districts, and other local churches." |
